ALLISON BAKER / JOSE ZAMBRANO CASSELLA/ ZACK LANDRENEAU

Over a span of 6 years, Allison spearheaded creative content initiatives for IDW Entertainment, creating social marketing and bonus material content for IDWE’s stable of shows. Wynonna Earp (SYFY) was her first and most prolific project where she received 8 Telly Awards for Branded Content, including Directing, Editing and Short Form Documentary.

Her production team included Jose Zambrano Cassella who first came in to DP the EPK interviews in Season 2 and who eventually contributed original score as well as editorial assembly for the "Next Time Ons...," Videos for San Diego Comic-Con, Preview Scenes provided to the SYFY publicity department, Season Blu-Rays and companions for later seasons. Zach Landreneau joined the team in 2020 to provide original score to all the Season 4 companion episodes.

Allison's social media and marketing plan for Wynonna Earp, first implemented in Season 1, utilized live tweeting with the cast followed by short BTS videos, bloopers, photos and GIFs, worked to bridged the east coast and west coast airings and was instrumental in broadening online engagement. Day-of-air twitter events lasting four hours led to an 874% rise in activity for the show in Season 2 and beyond. The show Wynonna Earp and the fandom known as #Earpers, sustained over 350K weekly engagements on social media, reaching over 100 million people in over 60 countries during its final season and the community is still vocal and active on social media today, rallying support of other creative projects in which cast and crew from Wynonna Earp are associated.
