06 Shorts & Feature Film Work
JOSE ZAMBRANO CASSELLA
Jose's feature film work has been released theatrically and streamed internationally, spanning genres from horror and thriller to drama and documentary. As both director and cinematographer, he brings a cinematic eye to every project, balancing bold visuals with strong storytelling. Each film is driven by character, atmosphere, and emotional resonance, creating experiences that linger long after the credits roll.
He has also made a mark in short-form storytelling, creating award-winning shorts that have played and won recognition worldwide. His film Wish (2004) marked an early breakthrough, followed by Mina (2008), which won more than twenty awards and later developed into a full feature project now in active development. Mother May I (2013) was included in the international anthology The Profane Exhibit, while Breaking Yop (2015), an African short film, earned acclaim and success at festivals across the globe. These and many more shorts showcase Jose's ability to tell powerful stories within compact running times, proving that impact is not measured by length but by vision.
